Madison Ford is a Service Manager at Gordian and oversees his team based out of Portland, Oregon — working with over 80 colleges and universities annually. In this role, Madison trains, coaches and develops the team to deliver the best service and solutions to his clients. Madison himself has worked with over 40 schools since joining the company in 2013, including Michigan State University, the University of Alaska System, Point Loma Nazarene University, and the University of San Francisco. Known for his positive, creative approach to people and problem solving, Madison builds relationships with university leaders to communicate the facilities narrative, highlight the successes of an organization, and develop long-term capital plans and operational strategies.
Madison earned his degree in Acoustical Engineering and Music from the University of Hartford.
