Jennifer Battle is the Chief Strategic Implementation Officer at Michigan State University (MSU). In her role, she manages the strategy development and implementation process which includes creating strategic objectives, developing action plans, and internal consulting and project management. She is also a member of IPF’s senior leadership team which sets the overall direction and oversees organizational development, succession planning, and leadership development. Battle has a bachelor of science in Food Science and specialization in Connected Learning from Michigan State University and a master of Business Administration from the University of Michigan- Flint Outside of MSU, Battle serves on the National Board of Examiners for the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program. She has also been a mentor for the Great Lakes Leadership Academy for the State of Michigan.
